Under MMGSY Package No. ADB-OSM-(II)-04, this project aimed at the upgradation and routine maintenance of three critical rural road links in the Omerga Block of Osmanabad District. These roads connect agricultural zones and local industry hubs to state highways and urban access points, improving transport efficiency and boosting regional development.

The roads upgraded under this package include:
ODR-101 to Chincholi Bh. VitthalSai Sakhar Karkhana to Sundarwadi Road – Km 0/00 to 7/080 (7.08 km)
Dalimb to Koral to SH-242 Road – Km 0/00 to 3/030 (3.03 km)
Tugaon Chaugulewasti – Aacharya Tanda – Ingolewasti Road – Km 0/00 to 5/500 (5.5 km)

These roads serve as vital connections between rural settlements, sugar production units, and state highways. Balaji Constructions supplied high-performance crushed and washed aggregates to meet the structural standards required for long-term durability under the MMGSY's stringent quality frameworks.
